Pre-Course Briefing
Two weeks before each course, managers arrange a one-to-one meeting with the individuals who are due to attend.

Post-Course Review
During the pre-course briefing, a date should be set with the individual for a one-to-one post-course review, conducted two weeks after the course.

This is how the process works in its entirety for each module:

2 weeks before course Pre-course briefing.
Personal learning objectives are agreed.
Set date for post-course review.
Training course At the end of course the individual writes a personalaction plan and records in personal development diary.

Course evaluation form is completed.
2 weeks after course Post-course review.
Personal action plan is discussed.
Date is set for reviewing personal action plan.
3–6 months after course Progress and results of personal action plan against targets set are reviewed and then recorded on the personal action plan.
