This role is responsible for properly and proactively managing the portfolio of account relationships so as to maximise customer life, renewal and cross-selling opportunities and income creation.

This is a commercial sales role which is focused on the promotion of financial products within the Wesleyan Bank & Syscap commercial lending credit policy. The role is centered on the acquisition of new customers to the business, as well as regaining customers who no longer fund with us.
This role is responsible for driving revenue and income in line with monthly, quarterly and annual targets. You are expected to properly and proactively engage with both Lapsed & Prospect target accounts, and to transact appropriately with these businesses.

Internal Account Manager Vacancy

This is an office based vendor partner account manager role, based in our New Malden office.
In this role, you will deliver outbound calling activity to a targeted portfolio of live, developing and prospect accounts. You will proactively call to promote Syscap products and services, offering a range of leasing and short term products to their customers, in-line with credit policy.
Your targets will be a mixture of activity targets eg: outbound calls, quotes, proposals to generate revenue and income in line with monthly, quarterly and annual targets. You are expected to make outbound calls to proactively manage all target and existing relationships to maximise customer life, renewal and cross-selling opportunities and income creation.
